These terms are a contract between you and LiveStage. We have tried to write them in plain English, because terms nobody reads protect nobody. By creating an account or using LiveStage, you agree to them.
LiveStage is an AI camera. Your webcam feed is processed in realtime and returned as a transformed scene, which you capture into your own streaming software and broadcast wherever you choose. We provide the camera. We are not a streaming platform, we do not host your broadcast, and we are not a party to anything you sell.
You must be 18 or older to use LiveStage. If you are using it on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that company.
You sign in with your email address or a supported identity provider. You are responsible for anything done through your account, so keep access to your email secure. Tell us promptly if you think someone else is using your account.
Accounts are for one person. Sharing credentials so several people can stream on one subscription is not permitted.
If anyone other than you appears on camera, you must have their permission before you put them through LiveStage.
That includes guests, co-hosts, customers, staff and anyone who wanders into frame. Their video is processed the same way yours is, and you are the person who owes them that notice — we have no relationship with them and no way to ask.
You agree not to use LiveStage to:
If you see content produced with LiveStage that breaks these rules, tell us at abuse@livestagehq.com. We review reports and may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Many platforms and a growing number of laws require you to disclose that content is AI-generated or AI-modified. Meeting those requirements is your responsibility, because only you know where you are broadcasting and from where. Most platforms provide a toggle for this — use it.
Generative models are imperfect. Output can be inaccurate, distorted, unexpected, or reflect biases present in the underlying model. It can differ from what you asked for, and it can differ between runs. You are responsible for what you broadcast, and you should watch your own output rather than assume it is correct.
We design our scene instructions to leave you and your products unchanged and transform only the environment around you. That is a design goal, not a guarantee, and you should check before relying on it in a sale.
You own your input and your output. Your camera feed is yours, and the transformed video LiveStage returns is yours to use commercially — to stream, record, publish or sell — provided you are following these terms.
We own LiveStage itself: the software, the scene library, the interface and the brand. Nothing here transfers that to you.
LiveStage can save short clips of your own show to your own computer. Laws about recording people, and about recording audio in particular, vary by state and country and sometimes require everyone's consent. Complying with those laws is your responsibility.
Where you broadcast is up to you, and each platform has its own rules about AI content, commerce and conduct. Those are between you and them. LiveStage is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any streaming platform.
We aim to keep LiveStage running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. The AI camera depends on infrastructure outside our control and can be interrupted, degraded or delayed. Do not build a commitment you cannot afford to miss on top of it without a fallback — your ordinary camera always works.
You can stop using LiveStage and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, creates legal risk for us, or is used to abuse the service. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right.
LiveStage is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to LiveStage is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data or missed broadcasts.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.
You agree to cover us against claims, damages and costs arising from your use of LiveStage, the content you broadcast, your breach of these terms, or your failure to obtain consent from people who appear on your camera.
We may update these terms. If a change materially reduces your rights we will tell you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use LiveStage after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and the courts of Broward County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
